The structure optimization design under thermo-mechanical coupling is a difficult problem in the topology field. An adaptive growth algorithm has become more effective approach for structural optimization. This paper proposed method by an stiffener layout of box type load-bearing components coupling. Based on stiffness diffusion theory, both load matrix and heat conduction are spread at same time to make sure grows freely obtain optimal design. Meanwhile, objectives minimization strain energy thermal compliance whole structure, considered.
